30-day refund policy

You have 30 calendar days from purchase to decide whether Dating Busy Men was useful for you. If it was not, ask for your money back. This is a voluntary guarantee, offered on top of the rights you already have by law.

How to request a refund

Reply to your delivery email and ask for a refund. You can also email book@admin.sirency.com from the address used at checkout.

Include enough information to locate the order. Never send card details.

How your refund is processed

When your checkout was processed by Paddle as the merchant of record, your refund is handled through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. When your checkout was processed directly by our payment provider, Qosmic Co Pty Ltd processes the refund to your original payment method.

We act on approved refunds within a few business days. After that, how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card provider, which can take several more business days.

Your consumer rights are not affected

This guarantee does not replace your legal rights. Under the Australian Consumer Law, and similar laws where you live, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product has a major failure, you can choose a refund. These statutory rights apply on top of the 30-day guarantee, and nothing here limits them.

Fair use of the guarantee

The guarantee is offered in good faith. We may decline a refund where abuse or fraud is evident — for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or evidence the files have been shared or redistributed. Declining in those cases does not limit any statutory right you have.

What the guarantee covers

The guarantee applies to the one-time purchase of the PDF, EPUB, and 40-script library. It does not promise a particular dating or relationship outcome. Read the terms for the full agreement.
