A personal-use digital book, sold once.

These terms are the agreement between you and Qosmic Co Pty Ltd for buying and using Dating Busy Men. By buying or downloading the book, you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

Who you are buying from

Her Term Sheet and Dating Busy Men are operated by Qosmic Co Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary limited company, trading as Her Term Sheet. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Qosmic Co Pty Ltd. The book is written under the pen-brand Anyro.

How your order is sold and processed

Payment is handled by a third-party provider. When your checkout is processed by Paddle, Paddle (through its relevant local entity) is the merchant of record and the authorised reseller of the book. That means you buy the book from Paddle, Paddle handles billing, payment, tax, and refund processing, and your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms in addition to these terms.

When your checkout is processed directly — for example with Stripe as the payment processor — your contract to buy the book is with Qosmic Co Pty Ltd, and we handle billing and refunds. Either way, the book is published and made available by Qosmic Co Pty Ltd trading as Her Term Sheet, and these terms govern how you may use it.

Purchase and delivery

Dating Busy Men is a one-time purchase of $35 USD. It includes one PDF, one EPUB, and a 40-script library. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no account to create.

After successful payment you receive protected download links by email. The links stay active for 30 days from delivery. Download and save your own copies within that window. If a link expires or fails, contact support and we will help you get your files.

Price and tax

The price is $35 USD, charged once. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Depending on where you live, tax such as VAT, GST, or sales tax may be added and shown at checkout. When Paddle is the merchant of record, Paddle calculates, collects, and remits that tax.

Your license

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to read the files on your own devices. The license is for you. It does not transfer ownership of the book, the scripts, or any part of them.

Under this license, you may not:

  • resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or transfer the book or the script library;
  • share, publicly post, upload, or distribute the files or scripts to anyone else;
  • reproduce or republish substantial parts of the book, in any medium;
  • use the book or scripts to train, fine-tune, or build any machine-learning or AI system, or scrape or harvest them for that purpose;
  • remove or alter any copyright, credit, or licensing notice.

Educational material

The book provides general educational and informational material. It is not therapy, medical, legal, financial, or crisis advice, and it cannot guarantee a particular dating, relationship, or personal outcome. Use your own judgment, and seek qualified help when safety, health, money, or the law is involved. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.

Intellectual property

The book, the script library, the text, layout, and the Her Term Sheet name and branding are owned by Qosmic Co Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your license does not give you any ownership or right to use our branding.

Acceptable use

You agree not to circumvent the download protection, share or resell your download links, use automated tools to harvest the files, or use the book for anything unlawful. These protections exist so the work is not copied and passed around.

If these terms are breached

If you breach these terms — for example by reselling, sharing, or republishing the book — your license ends automatically, and you must stop using and delete the files. Ending the license does not affect any other right or remedy we have, or any consumer right you have that cannot be excluded.

Refunds and your consumer rights

The 30-day refund policy forms part of these terms. That guarantee is voluntary and is offered in addition to your legal rights.

If you are a consumer, you have guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and may have similar rights where you live. Those guarantees cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for outcomes in your relationships or personal life. To the extent our liability can be limited by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the book is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, we limit it, at our option, to resupplying the book or paying the cost of resupply, or to refunding the price you paid. This does not apply where the law does not allow that limit.

Indemnity

If you use the book in a way these terms do not allow, you agree to cover the reasonable, direct costs we incur as a result. This does not apply to loss caused by our own breach, negligence, or fault.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of payment, email, or hosting providers, network failures, or other force majeure events. We will restore delivery as soon as we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. The current version and its effective date are always shown on this page.

If part of these terms cannot apply

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. That part is read down or removed only to the smallest extent needed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applying in Australia. You and Qosmic Co Pty Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. Nothing here limits your right to bring proceedings, or to rely on mandatory consumer protections, in the country where you live.
