SUPPORT

Let’s get your book to you.

After payment is confirmed, you can save your protected PDF and EPUB from the purchase-confirmation page without waiting for email. If an email is missing, check spam and the address used at checkout. Verified PayPal purchases also offer an explicit email retry on the confirmation page.

Order or download help

Email book@admin.sirency.com from the address used at checkout. Include the name on the order, but never send card details.

Refunds

You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund. Read the refund policy for the short version.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply on top of that guarantee. To raise a statutory-rights question, use the same support address, or see the refund policy for how those remedies work.
